SAS Online, also known as SASO, (full form South Asian Stocks) is a discount stock brokers based out of Delhi NCR. It is an initiative from a group of traders for the community of frequent traders. The three people Shrey Jain, Siddhant and Anubha started the same on April 01, 2013. They reached their first milestone of 1000 trader clients within first six months with a strong flow of referral clients. In next six months, that is by March 2014, they were able to get another 1500 clients reaching an overall numbers of 2500+ with a team size of 15 members. By Mar 2015, the number of clients was increased to 6000 and team size to 35.
Currently SAS Online has captures nearly 1% of stock market turnover servicing clients from 560 cities with almost daily turnover of 4000 crores and nearly 40,000 executed orders.
SAS Online offers trading in National Stock Exchange (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchanges (BSE) and Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX).
SAS Nest Trader is the online trading platform provided by SASO. It is not only fast and reliable but also quite user friendly. The server being co-located at exchange, it is quite fast in terms of rates updation and order routing. Three different versions of trading platforms are
It is a desktop version with customizable user interface and advanced charting. The customization can be done not only for colors but even for header and other functions. The software provides the single window for trading in NSE, BSE and MCX and that too at very fast pace. This needs to be installed on the desktop through a exe file which may be downloaded from their website.
SAS Web html5 Platform
This is a another good platform which is mostly similar to SAS Trader with only difference that this software does not requires any installation. It may be accessed through web browser however the features offered are more or less similar to what are there in SAS Trader. It iss a responsive platform and will fit into any device be it desktop, tablet or mobile.
SAS Online Mobile Trading
It is a Mobile Trading App that works on Android, Apple iphone and Windows operating systems. Being integrated with Trader, it enable you to track and place your orders on the move. It offers high security feature with 2 factor authentication in order to avoid unauthorized access to your account.
Margins and Limits
SAS Online provide an instant limit updation with transfer of funds into the account. Also you may calculate your margins for intraday and carry forward positions using SPAN calculator. You may also use Cover orders and Bracket orders to increase your leverage with adequate safety cover. In their normal plans, leverage upto 20x lever
SAS Online offers Rs.9 per order which is lowest brokerage rates even if compared with discount broking community. The brokerage rates for intraday trading is charged at lesser of Rs.9 per executed order or 0.01% of the trading volume. For delivery transaction, it is Rs.9 or 0.1%, whichever is lower. These rates are applicable to clients irrespective of their volumes or any commitments.
SASO also offers fixed month charges plans where they charge Rs.999 for Equities and Derivatives, Rs.499 for currency trading and Rs.999 for Commodity Trading. These charges are applicable for the calendar month and is charged at the beginning of the month.
They launched a unique concept with Zero AMC Demat account in June 2015.
